Adam Hochfelder, a New York real estate investor, was charged with by the Manhattan DA (district attorney). Adam is accused of stealing more than $17 million dollars from an array of individuals and financial institutions. By misrepresenting his personal holdings, as well as professional holdings, he was able to collect all of that money through personal loans. He received a personal loan from business partners, friends, family, including several large banks.
One should be careful when setting up a partnership. The contract should specifically say debts will be placed under the business name only under certain circumstances. Hochfelder was able to get partners to sign a incomplete partnership agreement and purposely left out the clause about debts just so he can take advantage of the situation. Even when the agreement did have the clause he forged his business partners name onto debts. Partners should be able to work together, even when times are tough. If things get bad and no one has good credit then just find a bad credit loan.

Kiran Chetry Interview Ron Paul 8/28/08

The beautiful, intelligent Kiran Chetry had an interview with Ron Paul August 28th, 2008 and he was asked about what he thought of the democratic national convention (DNC). With the economy in such bad shape now, everyone is beginning to take notice of economy guru Ron Paul and his solutions. If you really want to improve the economy, the American way, then you should take notice too and get active. He's the only presidential candidate that will actually talk about things like fiscal conservatism, balancing the budget, and the national debt. The debt is so high it's as if every American is born with a debt of $31,690 dollars. Individually we have to pay investors about 5% a year, through taxes, just to pay the interest on this debt. The investors actually loan money to the U.S. government through treasury bills and bonds. Their investment, is guranteed to be repayed by the U.S. tax payer. That's how it all works.

ABC Reporter Choked in Denver

In Denver a ABC reporter was shoved around, choked by police, and it was all caught on camera. Michelle Malkin even wrote about it on her blog. She even admits that he was treated this way "for taping Dem senators schmoozing with fatcats". All these cops in the video need to be fired, or atleast suspended until they learn what the meaning of freedom of the press is. Hotair.com's story on this believes that the ABC reporter was investigating this report.

How to Be Ready to Retire in 20 Years or Less

Im not going to try and give you some magic formula to retiring early. Im going to tell you a clear cut, guranteed way to retire early, comfortably. If your looking for some simple solution then don't even continue reading. This is going to take hard work, dedication, and learning not to live beyond your means.
Step one, get a degree. Humans are made for work. Would you rather watch TV idly or do what their doing on TV? You'd probably rather be out there, doing what their doing, working on winning the Olympics, working on the high seas on a fishing boat, or maybe even working making videos like survivorman. The point is don't be afraid of a little hard work get your butt in school and get a degree.
Once you have a degree and your making good money then you need to learn how to save that extra income. Don't all of a sudden think you can afford anything and get yourself in debt, and If you already did then consult a recommended Debt relief agency to get yourself out of debt as quickly as possible. In fact take the quiz at bills.com/iq/ to assess just how financially healthy you are. That test single handly is responsible for my recent concern with retirement. It really revealed a bit about myself too that I didn't realize I was doing wrong but I have to admit my score was almost perfect. 
If your making sixty grand a year then try your best to save thirty grand of that for twenty year. Most people live on thirty grand a year or less and just think in twenty years you'll have six-hundred-thousand dollars, enough to retire. Put that in a FDIC insured money market fund, which you can get a 4% annual percentage return on through nearly any bank, and that's twenty-four thousand a year in free money accrued from interest on the money you've saved. Make your money work for you, show it whose boss, retire early.

85 Year Old Woman With Pistol Forces Intruder to Call 911

An 85 year old woman, thankful she has her 2nd amendment rights, held a small .22 caliber pistol (varment pelter) on a burglar that was attempting to rob her house.
Leda Smith told reporters that "I just walked right on past him to the bedroom and got my gun," and went on to say she keeps it by her bed because the neighbor's home was recently burglarized. "I said 'What are you doing in my house?' He just kept saying he didn't do it," Leda Smith said. She then forced the burglar to call 911 and turn himself in. No property stolen and no damage done! All because a pistol-packing woman refused to be victomized.

How can you know if what your seeing or hearing is right or wrong?
All you have to do is know the Seven Deadly Sins.
The Seven Deadly Sins are:
1.) Lust, the opposite of lust is chastity.
2.) Gluttony, the opposite of gluttony is temperance.
3.) Greed, the opposite of greed is charity.
4.) Sloth, the opposite of sloth is diligence.
5.) Wrath, the opposite of wrath is patience.
6.) Envy, the opposite of envy is kindness.
7.) Pride, the opposite of pride is humility.
If you can do the opposite of the seven deadly sins then you will find out that bad things will rarely happen to you.
