Cop Brutalizes Girl During Curfew Arrest

In Fort Pierce, Florida a cop has been caught on camera brutalizing and using excessive force against a young girl. In the video you can see the cop punching and pepper spraying the 15 year old girl. His reasoning for doing it? She was out past curfew.
