Recently Im been having thoughts and questions about asset protection. The reason why is because recently my friends grandma passed. Also, while I was helping my friend pack up her stuff for his mom we found a silver bond for 4000LB of silver, and a gold bond for 200LB of gold. I examined it a bit further before packing it away and noticed they were treasury bonds, and I looked on the back to see if they were endorsed, maybe like a check, but I didn't see any signature. Now Im worried, how can I protect my assets and how can I pass it on to my heirs.
So here I am at home doing research on what I now know is called 'wealth preservation', I knew I didn't want some kind of offshore asset protection, I wanted strictly domestic asset protection. Ted Nugent Live Kiss My Glock Footage and Insight

This controversial song 'Kiss my glock' by Ted Nugent has seemed to create quite a commotion. Ted said he was inspired to create it by the anti-gun 'liberals'. In it he bashes Janet Reno by calling her Jack Reno then they 'pants' a portrait of her holding a Nazi flag to reveal a very large uhhh 'member'.
This hasn't been the only time Janet has been made fun of by a popular figure. She's been impersonated by other celebrities like Will Ferrel.
This whole live concert by Ted Nugent has really created a stir on the internet and even the mass media news network. Watch carefully how Hannity actually defends an outspoken Patriot for once.

What are the Causes and Effects of a Recession

This recession has been a particularly bad one. One of the biggest problems of this recession is people who can't afford their house any longer and are unable to sell it for even whats owed on the mortgage. Banks often times say they don't mind short selling the home for you, meaning they'll take whatever your home will sell for and forgive the extra debt, but this is often not the case. Banks will only allow you to short sell if you have little to no other assets they can take. Their in business to save and make as much money as possible. Don't get confused with real estate short sales and stock market short sales though. Stock market short sales are a completely different problem we're having.
So what causes recessions?
Recessions are caused by speculation, currency crises, inflation, national debt, and war. We currently have problems in everyone of these areas at the moment. The FCC just a few days ago began their initiative to stop the naked short selling of stocks, which is a big problem at the moment. Right now the price of oil on the Dated Brent Spot is being manipulated through ICE and their buying and selling of oil futures. The dollar index rose a few basis points just from the news of cracking down on these crooks alone. Although we are working on some of the problems of this recession, other problems like the war, the national debt, inflation, and the currency crisis have not been addressed.
What are the effects of a Recession?
The effects of a recession can be quite painful. Recessions cause unemployement, foreclosures, bankruptcies, stock market crashes, reduced sales, and banks tend to lend less money. When banks lend less money though it actually helps because it causes deflation. Deflation happens when theirs a contraction of the money supply. When the money supply contracts it's usually caused by high interest rates. Deflation can also be caused by increased production efficieny, which allows the company to lower its prices. Deflation causes prices to go down, and causes the dollar to be more valuable.
How can I know If Im prepared for this recession and the next one?
Recessions are hard on everybody, including the rich. This is because their companies are usually in more debt than their business is worth. Debt can hurt anyone in a recession. The best way to survive a recession is to simply be debt free and put away money for a rainy day. Not only should the average person prepare in this way, but big businesses should too.

Karl Rove Violates a Subpeona by the Judiciary Committee

Karl Rove is now a wanted man for violating a subpeona to show and testify before a Judiciary Committee hearing. To avoid arrest he has fled the country. Many believe he's hiding out in Bush's ranch in Paraguay which is in South America.
Here's some footage from the Judiciary Committee meeting that Karl Rove was suppose to appear at. Unfortunately Karl's chair was empty and one of his colleagues told the chairman that he's on a "long planned vacation".

Why Home Insurance Is Important

At any time during the day there are several natural disasters occuring in just the US alone. You can monitor natural disasters live as they occur at USGS's website. When you look at their live map you quickly realize why home insurance is important. You never know when your going to be the next one victimized by a earthquake, fire, flood, or any other natural disaster. Protecting your biggest asset your home and property should be important to you. One natural disaster could wipe out your entire wealth.
Home insurance isn't that expensive. The average person pays around $300 dollars a year which works out to less than a dollar a day. The price does go up though if you own a really expensive home. If your home is worth a half a million dollars then expect to pay atleast $750 a month. To me it's worth spending a couple grand in a lifetime to insure my property.

Ron Paul Talks About Energy & Iran (C-SPAN 6-26-08)

This is possibly the best explanation of the current energy crisis and how it relates to Iran. Many people still can not yet conceive the reasons why gas prices are so high. I didn't really recognize them myself until I did more research. I didn't believe many of the arguments the national news gave me until I did the research and found out why they gave those reasons. Nearly every reason they give is true, they just don't explain why. Also, nearly every documentary I've watched on the subject is also true. The energy crisis is real.
The only way to prevent demand from rising above the current world production levels is to conserve and use alternative energy. If your only worried about the short term then we can probably drill our way out of this mess but we will just be in this same situation 100 years from now. Also, using electric vehicles and things like that which never release any smog will help clean up the air.

Why We Need to Invest In Alternative Energy Now

As you are reading this the major powers of the world are securing and competiting for security over the limited world oil production. Countries like China, who is expected to have over 90 times as many cars by 2010 than it had in 1990, are sucking up more of the world's oil production at a rate that is increasingly harder to keep up with. This is why we need to invest in alternative energy now or prepare to go to war over it.
Just recently China tryed to buy out the U.S.'s biggest producer of American oil Unocal. Senate legislatures quickly began to dispute the bid by pointing out the fact China is trying to buy up US oil production that Americans already depend upon. After a period of time China backed down and finally gave up their quest for Unocal.
One thing we can do immediately is copy what Brazil is doing and use sugar and corn to make ethanol. The US has an abundance of corn, it's coming out of our ears, lets put atleast a portion of this surplus corn into ethanol. While we take advantage of this technology which is available today we should also create incentives to invest in alternative energy. One thing I feel strongly about subsidizing is battery technology. Right now we could have very affordable electric cars if only there existed a cheaper light battery than the laptop battery. Electric cars today literally have to use thousands of laptop batteries to operate for long periods of time and to charge quickly.

Will Globalization Work?

Globalization is an idea invented by businessmen for business. They all thought it would be great to be able to produce goods overseas at a cheaper price then ship it back to the US for a huge profit. Unfortunately for them though, the businesses who decided to embrace globalization by building manufacturing plants overseas have done so without ever foreseeing the hidden costs.
The main reason globalization is failing is because of the increased gas prices which has caused the cost of shipping to skyrocket. Even though you may have been able to make a bottle of Vaseline for 25 cents in China, the cost of shipping it back to the US and abroad could very well be $5 USD just for that one bottle. Im sure you can clearly see by now why shipping and energy prices is a key part of globalization.
There's also lots of other hidden costs that add up when producing products overseas. One of these problems never encountered before until globalization is contamination. Now businesses who embraced globalization are learning its not so cheap afterall. They now have to hire a security force to protect against terrorists and a lab to test their product for quality assurance to even attempt to solve contamination risks.
In my view globalization has backfired. Maybe its time to listen to those who have lost their jobs because of manufacturing plants moving overseas. Maybe nows the time to bring those jobs back to the US. I don't think you can make a profit any other way how oil prices are.

Its bad enough that the social security retirement fund is seriously in trouble, yet still Bush has a plan to make it a whole lot worse. This plan is not only horrible though, its also racist. This plan would allow Mexican Americans who where able to adjust their status to a legal worker or citizen (even if they came here illegally) to collect on social security benefits only after 18 months of working. The rest of Americans have to work atleast 10 years before their allowed to collect social security benefits.

Eminem Believes Bush Knew About 9/11

As the political person many of my readers know I am, I was quickly able to put the pieces together the very first time I saw this video. Years later though, people who've seen the video and even fans still haven't put the pieces together in what they see in the music video below and what Eminem is saying.
For instance, many times in the video you'll see an article that says Bush knew about 9/11. You can see it in frame 00:23, 00:25-00:28, and many many other frames. In frame 00:29 Eminem expresses his anti-war stance with an article titled "Sick Wounded Troops Held in Squalor". In frame 00:32 Eminem expresses his disgust of the Patriot Act by calling it the Death Act. Also, again in frame 00:34 Eminem expresses his anti-war stance. I could go on and on but there's another point I want to make.
Eminem believes in the New World Order (NWO). You can see for yourself in frame 00:43 where he outlines a popularly believed Illuminati/Masonic symbol, the pyramid around the eye of horus. The Eye of Horus is an ancient Egyptian symbol that symbolizes royal power from deities. The pyramid represents a heirarchy, where the elite are at the top and the undesirables or slaves are at the bottom.
